Cancellation Policy

Photo Booth Service Policy Welcome to Amore Photo Booth! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our service policies below: 1. Booking & Payments Booking: To reserve your photo booth, please provide a non-refundable deposit of $200.00. Full payment is due 5 days prior to the event date. Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Additional Charges: Any extra hours or services requested on the day of the event will incur additional charges. 2. Service Details Setup & Breakdown: Our team will arrive 2hours before the event start time for setup and will handle breakdown after the event. Space Requirements: The photo booth requires a space of approximately 12*12 space to operate comfortably. Please ensure the area is accessible and free of obstructions. Power Supply: A standard power outlet within 3/5 feet of the booth is required. If no power source is available, additional charges may apply. 3. Usage & Conduct Guest Behavior: We reserve the right to stop service if guests engage in behavior that is inappropriate or damages the photo booth or equipment. Props & Decorations: Please ensure that props and decorations used in or around the booth are safe and approved. We are not responsible for any items brought by clients or guests. 4. Equipment & Maintenance Equipment Care: Our team will handle all equipment with care. In the event of any damage caused by guests, the client will be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Technical Issues: We strive to provide seamless service, but in the event of a technical malfunction, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds are not provided for technical issues unless the service was completely unusable. 5. Privacy & Data Photo Sharing: Guests have the option to share their photos via social media or print copies. All photos are handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Data Storage: Photos will be stored for 10 days after the event. After this period, digital copies will be deleted unless otherwise agreed upon. 6. Liability Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring that the event location is accessible and meets all safety requirements. Amore photo booth is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur on the premises. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen
